As the government make more and more unrealistic and far too drastic demands on all of the public bodies in the country, it is little wonder that the UK is getting into a total mess. This is especially the case where the NHS is concerned.
Finding UK healthcare jobs is no easy task lately, the hospitals are being forced to get rid of staff, that are actually needed to ensure the facility functions properly, however, massive cuts in budgets dictate otherwise.
The government are doing all they can to pass off hacking great reductions in NHS spending as a contemporary means of modernising this great institution. One of their election manifestos was adamantly set out that they would not make any attempt to cut health budgets - these latest proposals for reform and change in the NHS are actually proof of the fact that this was yet another manifesto that has not been adhered to - in other words, the government really are looking to make huge cuts in the service.
Of course, there are still some jobs left in the healthcare service, but demand for these positions is extremely tough and the pay and benefits may not be as good as you could have expected only a few years ago.
If things are permitted to continue on the current trend, it is a very frightening but realistic fact that the NHS will not be able to survive much longer. The government need to realise that such huge cuts cannot be sustained.
